Thirty minutes. No presentation. We ask what isn't working and who is falling behind, then send a written proposal within five business days.

What you can expect
  1. Introductory call, 30 minutes, at a time you choose.
  2. Written proposal within 5 business days — scope, staffing, schedule, cost, and the measures we'll be judged on.
  3. Pilot cohort for one grading period, with a baseline assessment on day one.
  4. Results review against baseline. If it didn't move, we say so.
  5. Scale, adjust, or end it cleanly. Your call.
